>• Responsible for incidents troubleshooting and second line support for financial applications in accordance with the local and global procedures.

>Qualifications
>- Higher technical education is mandatory (MGU, MIFI, MGTU is advantage)
>- Knowledge XML, Visual Basic, VBScript (any additional script language e.g. Perl, Phyton, awk for Windows is advantage)
>- Knowledge of DB/2 database (the presence of appropriate certificate is advantage)
>- Basic knowledge of Java development tools
>- Basic knowledge of object oriented development methods
>- Experience in Crystal Reports design is advantage
>- Experience in XML documents design is advantage
>- iScala knowledge is advantage
>- Good written/spoken English
>
>Previous work as a application support analyst or similar position at least 1 year
>Performance of functions the second line support, incident, problem management
>Previous work in financial organization or international organization is an advantage
